At the Tulsa Robotics Center, our FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) program inspires middle and high school students to explore engineering, technology, and innovation through hands-on learning and competitive robotics. Students work in collaborative, youth-led teams to design, build, program, and test robots while gaining practical experience in mechanical design, CAD, programming, electronics, manufacturing, project management, marketing, and public speaking. Guided by experienced mentors, team members develop critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills in a positive environment that emphasizes Gracious Professionalism® and Coopertition®. Whether students aspire to become engineers, programmers, skilled trades professionals, or future business leaders, our FTC program provides a supportive community where they can challenge themselves, build lifelong friendships, and develop the confidence and skills to succeed both on and off the competition field.

Project Peacock (10355) is a passionate and innovative robotics team recognized for its creativity, engineering excellence, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of what is possible. During the 2025–2026 DECODE season, Project Peacock continued to establish itself as one of Oklahoma’s top FTC teams, earning the Inspire Award at the Oklahoma Championship, serving as the Winning Alliance’s first pick, and securing a place at the FIRST Robotics World Championship in Houston, where it won the Control Award for the Franklin Division. Known for its thoughtful designs, strategic approach, and dedication to continuous improvement, the team combines technical skill with creativity and collaboration to overcome challenges on and off the competition field. Beyond their competitive achievements, Project Peacock remains committed to sharing their passion for STEM, supporting the robotics community, and inspiring others through the values of FIRST.
Mouse Spit (11572) is a dedicated and innovative robotics team built on a foundation of creativity, teamwork, and a passion for solving complex challenges. During the 2025–2026 DECODE season, Mouse Spit continued to demonstrate its growth and competitiveness, earning a first-place finish at the DaVinci League Meet #4, advancing to the playoffs at the Black Friday Scrimmage as a Finalist Alliance first pick, and finishing as a top-ranked team at the Oklahoma Championship while earning recognition as a Control Award second-place finalist. Through thoughtful engineering, strategic problem-solving, and a commitment to improvement, Mouse Spit continues to refine its skills both on and off the competition field. The team embodies the spirit of FIRST by embracing challenges, supporting fellow teams, and inspiring others through collaboration, perseverance, and a shared passion for STEM.
Leviathan Robotics (14906) is a highly accomplished and ambitious robotics team recognized for its engineering excellence, competitive success, and commitment to innovation. During the 2025–2026 DECODE season, Leviathan Robotics continued to establish itself as one of the top FTC teams in the world, earning multiple tournament victories and delivering strong performances throughout the season. The team showcased its engineering and strategic abilities through standout achievements, including first-place finishes at league events, serving as the Finalist Alliance Captain at the United States Governors Cup, and earning the title of Winning Alliance Captain at the Oklahoma Championship. Alongside fellow TRC team Project Peacock, Leviathan secured a bid to the FIRST® Championship in Houston, Texas, where the team finished 10th in their division after qualification matches. Through dedication, creativity, and teamwork, Leviathan Robotics continues to push the boundaries of student achievement in robotics while embodying the values of FIRST through collaboration, mentorship, and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders.
Robo Renegades (18802) is a dedicated and resilient robotics team recognized for its determination, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement. Since its founding, the team has embraced the challenges of competitive robotics by combining creative engineering, strategic problem-solving, and a strong team culture. During the 2025–2026 DECODE season, Robo Renegades demonstrated significant growth and competitive success, earning a Finalist Alliance first pick and second-place Reach Award recognition at the Bishop Kelley League Tournament, finishing as a top-ranked team at the Oklahoma Championship, and advancing through strong performances at multiple league events. Through persistence, collaboration, and a passion for learning, Robo Renegades continues to develop innovative solutions while representing the values of FIRST through Gracious Professionalism®, teamwork, and a commitment to inspiring others in the STEM community.
