Our Facility: Where Ideas Take Shape
The Tulsa Robotics Center’s facility is purpose-built to bring student ideas to life, offering the space, tools, and technology young engineers need to design, build, and learn side by side. At the heart of our facility is a fully stocked tools and parts room, where students access the components, hardware, and equipment that turn concepts into working robots. Our machine shop equips students with an array of state-of-the-art, real-world tools—including a CNC machine, mini-lathe, drill press, and table saw—that they use to manufacture custom robot parts from a wide range of materials. Our dedicated 3D printing room empowers students to rapidly prototype and fabricate custom parts, giving them hands-on experience with the same additive manufacturing technology used across modern industry. Our two collaboration labs provide flexible, team-oriented spaces where students brainstorm, problem-solve, and refine their designs together, while our classroom computer lab anchors the learning experience—hosting instruction, skills certification, and leadership development that build the technical and personal foundations for success. Together, these spaces create an environment where curiosity is encouraged, teamwork thrives, and every student has the resources to explore, innovate, and grow.
